  1. Oil pulling: Swishing a tablespoon of coconut oil or sesame oil in your mouth for about 15-20 minutes can help reduce harmful bacteria and plaque buildup. Spit out the oil after swishing and rinse your mouth with water.

  2. Saltwater rinse: Dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in warm water and rinse your mouth with the solution. It can help reduce inflammation, alleviate sore gums, and promote healing.

  6. Turmeric paste: Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Create a paste by mixing turmeric powder with water and apply it to your teeth and gums. Allow it to sit for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
